No matter which valuation standards we use, convention and expectations require our appraisal reports to be consistent with the guidance in IRS Revenue Ruling 59-60, extant since 1959 and every bit relevant as the day it was issued. This Revenue Ruling is very specific as to the required elements of a business appraisal engagement, not only for tax purposes. It is incumbent on us all to comply clearly with the elements of 59-60.

This webinar will explore Rev. Rul. 59-60, identifying approaches and methods to comply with the elements and produce a standards compliant business appraisal engagement and report.
